The local ski slopes are a paradise for families with children - they are easy to reach and children take centre stage!

A free skiing course (including ski rental and ski lift ticket) is available to all children between 4 to 12 years for families that stay 1 week or longer. The local ski school and ski rental run by Markus Loeffler and his team in Weerberg is well regarded by our guests offering exceptional service for all the family.

There is a learners ski slope for big and small in the centre of Weerberg close to the ski school and Hotel Schwannerwirt. It has all facilities to make learning to ski great fun for the children with a beautiful panoramic view on the Karwendel Mountain szenery.
