Country farm delights

It is a (healthy) delight for me.... when my breakfast egg is so fresh that the “packaging” is clucking and running across the courtyard.

I enjoy, therefore I live healthy... true variety on a Tyrolean farm. It happened in the kitchen when I cut into a fresh baked loaf of bread and spread butter on it, from Edelweiß – my favourite cow. I took a bite and suddenly there was laughter in my heart. Since then I know that I don’t have to search anymore because I feel the inner happiness of that moment and because life has bloomed inside of me.

Country products for our guest:

• Directly from our orchard to you - we cooked and distilled: Delicious marmalades from garden and wild fruits, currant syrup, pear brandy and fruit schnapps, liqueurs.
• Organic herbal teas – herb salt, in the summer, fresh herbs straight from the herb garden and bread out of the wood-fired oven.
• Tyrolean bacon and milk fresh from the cow.
